- Before we move your spa we pallet wrap it to avoid any potential scratches during the move.
- We require the spa to be empty of water and disconnected from the electricity supply. If you require us to do this please inform us at the point of contact.
- The spa is then lifted up and placed sideways on our spa sled for transportation to our specially designed Flat bed vehicle.
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is suitable access for the spa to be wheeled on the spa dolly at the removal address, and the new address. Ask us about our site survey options!
As a customer what should I look for when planning the move?
The Hot tubs dimensions should be taken carefully and there must be sufficient allowance for the height and width of the Tub on the Spa sled. Please remember that the tub is moved on its end, so the width becomes the height, and the height becomes the width.
Ideally we require clear level access over hard ground. Soft ground, and steps can be overcome by ramping or boarding in advance or with notice when arranging the move, we can bring boards to accommodate this. It is the customers responsibility to inform us of any obstructions prior to the move commencing.
Large steps, inclines and uneven ground etc can cause problems. If the spa needs to be taken off the sled to negotiate a difficult area like steps, slopes or uneven ground then you may need to arrange extra labour, this must be supplied by you the customer or can be provided by us at an extra cost and arranged in advance.
When checking the access route beware of tree and shrub branches, gate widths, arches, low roof eaves, drain pipes, central heating flues, outside taps, guttering and fall pipes and overhanging power cables narrowing access. Also remember to check there is adequate turning space in corners.
If the collection or delivery point does not meet the requirements to move the tub payment will still be required for attending or in the case of been unable to deliver, the spa will be left in the most convenient and safe place for the customer to site at a later date.
We can arrange cranes, hi-abs or scaffolding to enable the spa to be placed/collected in awkward and hard to access areas. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
When checking the route please take photos, ask questions and send your name, address, contact number and any additional information to
